It needs systems that run without you.
I build production automation and internal tools for small businesses and remote teams. Make.com, Google Apps Script, Xero and CRM integration, increasingly with an AI step doing the reading and judging. Currently the in-house automation and business systems lead for a UK private investment group and the five trading companies in its portfolio.

What clients are saying
“So big shout out to Adrian. He has basically implemented it automatically speaking to Dext… transferring to a whole new system was just going to be absolute ballache and was irrelevant. There isn’t even one on the market which speaks directly to Dext anyway.”
See the work
This is the kind of thing I build most often. Instead of waiting until the middle of next month to find out how the business did, the owner opens one page and sees it today: money in, money out, who owes what, how close the year is to target. It updates itself every morning.
I keep a sanitised, click-through demo built on invented figures. It is being rebuilt at the moment, so if you would like to see it, email me and I will send you the link and walk you through what each part does.
Something you can actually click
A recommendation engine for video games. It reads a catalogue of tens of thousands of titles and surfaces the genuinely good ones nobody has heard of. It uses the same kind of recommendation logic Netflix uses to decide what to put in front of you, pointed at a different problem.
I built it as a hobby, and as somewhere to find out what Claude, Gemini and Google Cloud can actually do before I put any of it near someone’s business. What breaks, what scales, what AI is reliable at and what it quietly gets wrong. I learn that here, at my own expense, not on your systems.
Client work is confidential, so this is the one finished thing I can hand you a link to. Every part of it is mine: the data, the scoring, the site, the hosting.

Get in touch
If someone on your team spends hours a week moving numbers between tools that won’t talk to each other, or you are paying per seat for software you have outgrown, that is the gap I close. Tell me the task you most wish would do itself.
